YAS EXHIBIT 2007

Ysrael A. Seinuk, P.C. is celebrating our 30^th anniversary of engineering excellence by sponsoring an exhibition featuring the work of emerging artists.  The exhibition will be held in association with chashama, a major force in the NYC arts community that supports the work and ideas of emerging artists. 

The exhibition will be curated by Professor Sue Ferguson Gussow of The Cooper Union and will be held from Thursday June 7^th through Sunday June 10th.

Artists who would like to be considered should submit the following:

• 5-8 Digital images (.jpeg format) in color of the works of art to be considered for the exhibit.  Images must contain the entire work.
• Title, materials and dimensions of each piece – HEIGHT (FIRST) X WIDTH
• A short bio of the artist
• A list of previous exhibits the artist has participated in (optional)
• Contact information including address, telephone number and e-mail

Submissions must be received by April 10th.  Artists selected will be notified no later than May 1^st.   The curator SUE FERGUSON GUSSOW will review all submissions.   A maximum of 4 pieces will be exhibited for each selected artist with the exception of very large formats.  In the case of very large formats, the artist may be limited to one piece.

Please keep in mind that the selected artists will be responsible for delivery, installation and removal of their pieces.  All artwork must ARRIVE ready for hanging. The hosting organization will take a 20% commission on the sale of any artwork to defray exhibition expenses.

Applications are to be sent via e-mail to exhibit2007 [at] yaseinuk.com and must be titled YAS exhibit 2007 in the subject line.  E-mails not containing this title will be deleted for security reasons.  If you would like to be sure that your e-mail was received please set up your e-mail with a delivery receipt or a read receipt.  We can not reply individually to each e-mail.
